hp_prisonerfest is returning for in 2013 for its fourth round! Your mods this round are scarletladyy and pretty_panther, and the timeline is as follows:

Sign Ups: 1st March - 25th March
Assignments Sent Out By: 1st April
Submissions Due: 1st July
Posting Starts: 14th July

Rules and pimping materials will follow in the next couple of weeks :) We hope you'll join us for this year's fest!
